You will receive a copy of your residential home inspection report via email within 36 hours.* Each report includes digital photos to help you understand the nature and general location of potential defects.

Thoroughness and detail are keys to a quality inspection. We schedule only one to two inspections per day so that no inspection is rushed. Three hours are set aside for the inspection of each home (depending on size), however more time can be scheduled with prior notice (an extra fee may apply). 

Inside Out Building Inspection, Inc. is operated by Reis Pearson, a WADOL Licensed Home Inspector (#359), an American Society of Home Inspectors Certified Inspector (#246548) and Inspection Training Associates Certified Inspector(#WA1WK0807). Reis has passed the National Home Inspectors Exam, completed over nine hundred fee-paid inspections following the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Because it is vital to stay up to date on current practices and standards (home inspections are not code inspections), Reis completes over 20 hours of continuing education every year through ITA - Kaplan, AHIT, WSDA, ASHI-WW, and other accredited organizations.

We provide residential inspections throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties (all Western WA Counties will be considered), 7 days a week.
